In the latest Bigg Boss 17 episode, things got intense as contestants left their comfort zones, causing arguments and revealing some hard truths. Munawar Faruqui called out Ankita Lokhande during a task, questioning her behaviour, and their conversation gave insights into Ankita’s approach to relationships and her past heartbreak.
After an immunity task in the house between Arun Srikanth Mashettey and Neil Bhatt, Ankita said to Munawar, “Mere life me mere ek bahot bada break-up hua. Sab khatam hogaya. Uske jaane ke baad bhi na Munna, dhaai saal tak main ek cheez pe attki rahi. Usne mere saath jo bhi kiya ho, mere andar woh feeling thi ki he was not wrong. Maine saari cheez apne upar li ke mere behaviour me koi galti hogi (In my life, I went through a very big break-up. Everything ended. Even after he left, Munna, for two and a half years, I remained fixated on one thing. Whatever he did to me, there was a feeling inside me that he was not wrong. I took everything upon myself, thinking there must be a fault in my behaviour).”
She added, “Maine uske liye kabhi buri cheezein nahi boli. Main hu shayad aisi ke jo cheez mereko strongly lagti hai na, phir mai uska apne upar blame le leti hu, ya main pighal jaati hu (I have never spoken ill of him. Maybe I’m the kind of person who, when something strongly affects me, I either blame myself or I melt).”
For the unversed, Ankita was in a long relationship with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, and they separated well before his passing in 2020. On Bigg Boss, Ankita has been sharing details about her past with the late actor, including her admission of being possessive. In 2021, Ankita married businessman Vicky Jain. She has, on multiple occasions, spoken about him during the course of the show.
