Acer America has announced that two unlocked Android smartphones will be available in the US by next month.
Two handsets from Acer -- the Liquid Jade Z and Liquid Z410 -- will be available in the United States from September. The brand is targeting consumers whose budget is lower than the prices of devices from industry leaders Apple and Samsung.

The Liquid Jade Z has a starting retail price of $229, and the Liquid Z410 starts at $129. Both handsets are dual-SIM and unlocked, enabling the user to choose their own carrier.
