Ankita Lokhande Says Pavitra Rishta is Incomplete Without Sushant Singh Rajput: 'We Miss You'

Actress Ankita Lokhande has penned a moving tribute for his former co-star Sushant Singh Rajput as their show ‘Pavitra Rishta’ completed 15 years. The actress took to her Instagram account to share a series of throwback pics with the late Bollywood star.

Sharing the pics, Ankita wrote, “It’s not just 15 years of Archana, it’s also 15 years of Archana and Manav, a couple who personified love, marriage, understanding and companionship. They’re perfect. They’re what we call “Goals”. They taught me what perfect marriage means. I bet there’s no on-screen couple as real, sweet and iconic as Archana and Manav, and most of its credit goes to the audience who showered so much love on us. And of course, we could create that magic because of Ekta ma’am’s trust in us. Manav completed Archana. He was, is and always will be remembered whenever Archana will be mentioned because their Pavitra Rishta was as pure as my pavitra rishta with you all! Without his guidance, I wouldn’t have become what I am today. Without Manav, there’s no Archana. As much as it’s my celebration, it’s his too. We are proud of what you’ve achieved and the acting prowess you’ve shown. And remember, aasmaan me jab tak sitaare rahenge, hum ek doosre ke sahaare rahenge. Nazdeekiyaan ya ho dooriyaan, bas pyaar hi rahega darmiyaan… Pavitra Rishta then now and forever.”

In a recent interview, Ankita talked about the late actor and reacted to all those who have been demanding justice for SSR. Ankita revealed that Sushant’s family is going through a lot of pain even today and added that it is not easy for them to cope with the loss.

“I think family, Shweta di ki baat karti hun, everybody in the family is going through a lot because un sab se connected hun aaj bhi. I know they are going through pain and it’s not easy ki vo chala jaye. Toh definitely vo log demand karege. I am very sure ki justice milega [Shweta di and the entire family is going through a lot. I am still connected to them. I know they are going through pain and it’s not easy for them to let go. They will definitely demand the closure. I am sure that he will get justice soon],” Ankita told India.com.
