New Delhi: Nokia has launched a new device - Treasure Tag - that helps you find your keys, wallet and other stuff. The gadgets measures 30 x 30 x 10mm (roughly the size of a match box) and weighs 13g.

Attached to your keys, your bag, or even your wallet, the Nokia Treasure Tag, and your Lumia, will alert you when your valuables become separated.

Pairing is simple. Either use NFC to connect, or search for the Tag within the Bluetooth settings of your phone. If you leave the house without one or the other, the two will emit a loud tone to alert you of this fact.

The accompanying Nokia Treasure Tag app can be downloaded from the Windows Phone Store right from your Lumia.

Users can have up to four different Nokia Treasure Tags simultaneously connected to their Nokia Lumia. If you've got one tag connected to your keys and another connected to your bag, you can assign ready-made icons for each. Alternatively, you can use a photo instead of an icon.

With a battery life of up to six months, the battery is a standard coin cell type (CR-2032), which is replaceable on the reverse of the Tag.

Nokia Treasure Tag comes in four different colours: cyan, yellow, white and black. Priced at $30, the Nokia Treasure Tag is expected to start selling in April to retailers globally.

Nokia Treasure Tag will work with Lumia phones that have the Lumia Black update. There will also be third-party applications for Treasure Tag to support Android and iOS devices.
