New Delhi: The monsoon is likely to hit Kerala on Thursday as was predicted by the Met department.
Fairly widespread rainfall is expected along Kerala, coastal Karnataka and in the north east states of Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram and some parts of West Bengal.
However, there still seems to be no respite from heat for North India as temperature in UP, Delhi and Punjab is likely to remain above 40 degree Celsius on Thursday.
