Srinagar: In a shocker from Jammu and Kashmir, some police officers allegedly kidnapped and raped a minor girl in Reasi. The Assistant Sub Inspector and Special police officer have been arrested after public outcry and protests.
A case has also been filed. A third main accused in the case is still absconding.
