Mumbai: Sunil Shetty’s next film, Red Alert: The War Within was shot in the extensive jungles of Arunachal Pradesh for a gruelling 70 days under the worst climatic conditions. The actor, who is playing a role of a farmer, literally had thorns all over his body while shooting.
Sunil confirms the incident. He says, “The shooting was a long schedule in the jungles of Arunachal Pradesh and there were thorns all around. We were shooting in the interiors of the jungle and at one point I realized that my back was itching. That’s when I found out that there were these small thorns inside my body.”
Apparently, removing the thorns from the actor’s body was a task as they were aplenty. Sunil adds, “Even after I came back to Mumbai after completing the shooting, I was still removing those thorns from my back and arms one by one.”
Well, actors can do anything for a role and Suniel Shetty is just one of them.
