BANGALORE: A cab driver working for a call centre in Sadashivanagar was robbed of his car worth Rs 4 lakh by three miscreants in the wee hours of Tuesday.Annappa Swamy (28), a resident of Muneshwara Block in Avahahalli, had parked his Tata Indica car near the RRI bus stop on C V Raman Road at around 4 am after he dropped employees and had slept in the car.Three miscreants barged into the car and threatened him knife point and got into the car. They instructed him to drive the vehicle towards ISKCON. Swamy tried to resist them but his efforts were in vain. His left hand was injured in the melee. They allegedly pushed him out of the car and sped away in his car, the police said.Swamy has registered a case in Sadashivanagar police station and further investigations are on in connection with the case.
