Chevrolet has launched a revamped Cruze model in India. The facelift is available in three variants starting from the base LT at Rs 14.37 lakh, mid-level LTZ MT at 15.93 lakh and the top end LTZ AT priced at Rs 16.99 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Mumbai.
The exteriors have received revisions at the front. The grille has been updated with a new dual port design. Headlamps have been reworked and now get dual bezels. The fog lamp assembly receives chrome embellishments. The flanks get new design for the alloys as well as chrome door handles. There are also blinkers on the ORVMs. The facelift eludes the rear end which remains the same as before.
Interiors have received a major safety upgrade in the form of two additional airbags which brings the total count to four. This is only in the top end LTZ variant which features front driver and passenger airbags, the new additions come in the form of front side airbags for both driver and passenger sides.
The new facelift comes loaded with features which were available in the previous version like audio system with mp3/USB connectivity and Bluetooth streaming, steering mounted audio controls and electrically operated side mirrors.
