What can you do if you ask for a refund at a store because you were not happy with something?
In most cases, you simply walk out. But an angry Frenchman, who appeared cool, chose to differ.
He walked out only after smashing at least 13 iPhones (iPhone 6s or iPhone 7) along with a MacBook with a petanque ball.
What is a petanque ball? Never mind.
A video shot by another customer (@Quentin_IOS) at an Apple Store in Dijon, France shows the raw power of consumers, especially angry ones. While the video went viral on the internet, details on why exactly did the man become violent is still unclear.
However, the man appeared clearly prepared in the video to take on Apple. He was careful enough to wear gloves to protect his fingers from broken pieces of iPhones and also to get a better grip.
The voices in the video revealed that the angry man was refused a refund for some product at the Apple Store.
The man was heard in the video saying:
"Ladies and gentlemen…Apple is ..company that violated European consumer’s rights."
“They refused to reimburse me. I told them Give me my money back. They said no."
“So you know what's happening?"
“This is happening."
And BAM! He smashed another iPhone with the weapon of his choice.
