Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth celebrated his wife Elsa Pataky’s 48th birthday. To pay tribute to his wife, the Avengers alum shared throwback pictures from the sets of their films and extended heartwarming birthday wishes. In the Instagram post, he sweetly wrote, “Happy birthday to this gorgeous lady.”
The first photo shows them dressed as their characters from Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, followed by a family dinner at a restaurant, a solo snap of Pataky, and another picture from their film Thor: Love and Thunder. Fans also joined in the celebrations and dropped lovely wishes for the actress.

Besides sharing an amazing chemistry and relationship off-screen, the husband-and-wife duo has worked in a number of films, like 2022’s Thor: Love and Thunder as Thor and Wolf Woman and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga as Dementus and Vuvalini General, respectively. They never fail to celebrate each other’s special occasions every year, including anniversaries and birthdays.
Having married in 2010, the couple is proud parents to three kids: India Rose 11, and twin boys Sasha and Tristan.

Speaking about collaborating with his wife for George Miller’s latest film, Hemsworth shared that he uses the work as an opportunity to date his wife, Elsa Pataky. Speaking to People, he said, “It’s just like a date night for us. We have three kids, and we have to go to work to get away from them, and they follow us.” Mentioning that it means everything to him when they work together, the actor added, “I love it. I love spending time with her, especially in a creative space. You get sort of parent roles, and, you know, you desperately try to find moments with the two of you on a film set. I’ll take it, I’ll take what I can.”
