Every year a large number of students apply for the Common Admission Test, CAT exam for admission to IIMs. This year, IIM Lucknow conducted the examination on November 26. This year, the maximum number of applications were received for the CAT exam. About 3.28 candidates had registered for the exam. However, out of these, 2.88 lakh candidates had taken the exam. Due to the increase in the number of CAT 2023 candidates, the level of competition was also tough this year. All the candidates are now waiting for the release of the CAT 2023 answer key.

How to download CAT 2023 answer key?
To download CAT 2023 answer key, follow the steps given below –
Step 1- As soon as the IIM CAT 2023 answer key is released, you will have to go to the official website iimcat.ac.in.
Step 2- You will have to click on the answer key link visible on the home page of the website (the answer key link will be activated as soon as it is released).
Step 3- You will have to enter the required details (login credentials) and submit it.
Step 4- As soon as all the information is submitted, the answer key and response sheet will open. It will have to be checked and downloaded.
After checking the CAT 2023 answer key, if there is any objection to any answer, candidates can challenge the same within the prescribed schedule. For this, a link will be activated by IIM Lucknow. CAT 2023 results will be released after all the objections are resolved. It is believed that the CAT result will be declared in January 2024. The CAT 2023 test was held in three sessions — from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, the afternoon slot from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and the evening session from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Candidates may calculate their results using the CAT Answer Key 2023. As per the marking, for every correct answer, students will get three points and one point will be deducted for each wrong answer. However, negative marking is limited to multiple-choice questions only.
