Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover took the internet by storm after they announced a new show together recently. In 2018, the two actor-comedians had an ugly fight on a flight back to Mumbai after finishing a show in Australia. The two didn’t speak to each other up until this year. Now, Archana Puran Singh has shared a photo of the duo from a launch party of their new Netflix show.
In the photo, shared by Archana on her Instagram account, Sunil and Kapil are caught in a candid moment. Both were dressed in a black shirt. Sharing the photo, Archana wrote: “Lovely party with Netflix.” Needless to say, fans were happy to see Kapil and Sunil together. One user commented, “Nice to see Dr. Mashhoor Gulati back with Kapil… Bless.” Another one said, “This is a beautiful reunion.”
Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have joined hands again after several years for a new comedy show. Taking to Instagram last week, Netflix shared a video giving a glimpse of the duo talking about the new show. The rest of the cast includes Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Archana Puran Singh.
Sunil Grover, who became a household name after playing his popular fictional characters Gutthi and Dr Mashoor Gulati on The Kapil Sharma Show, shocked everyone when he quit TKSS in 2018 after his fallout with Kapil Sharma.
On the work front, Kapil Sharma was last seen in Nandita Das’ Zwigato. On the other hand, Sunil Grover worked with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan. The film also featured Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra in key roles.
