BIGBANG’s Daesung, a popular South Korean singer, has recently released his highly anticipated comeback song, Falling Slowly, along with an emotionally charged music video. The video features popular Korean actors Kim Seon Ho from Hometown Cha Cha Cha and Moon Ga Young from True Beauty, who previously appeared together in the K-drama Welcome to Waikiki 2. In the music video, Kim Seon Ho and Moon Ga Young portray a couple whose love story takes a tragic turn. Daesung’s heartfelt lyrics express the pain of lost love, as the protagonist reminisces about a past relationship that ended too soon. The song’s title, Falling Slowly, reflects the slow unravelling of love and the protagonist’s gradual descent into sadness.
According to the music video, Kim Seon Ho’s character is a gangster who has fallen in love with a club singer, played by Moon Ga Young. Their romance is depicted through flashback scenes, but ultimately, his love for her leads to betrayal and heartbreak. The video showcases the actors’ impressive acting skills, drawing viewers into the emotional storyline.

In addition to his music career, Daesung, also known by his popular Japanese stage name, D-Lite, is preparing for his first live tour in Japan in over seven years. The tour will feature 15 performances in 10 different cities, starting on April 13. He is also scheduled to hold his first fan meeting in Seoul on March 16 and March 17, following the release of Falling Slowly and his previous single, Light.
Daesung made his musical debut as a member of the South Korean boy band BIGBANG, in 2006. He made his solo debut with the single Look At Me, Gwisun on June 16, 2008.
In 2013, he released his first solo album in Japan, titled D’scover and also did his first Japanese tour.
