The mishap took place in Shiv Nagar village as a Bolero jeep lost control and ran over two people, identified as Rameshwar Razak (65) Kishori Mahato(45), while they were sitting by the roadside, the sources said.
The two died on the spot, they said, adding the bodies have been sent for post-mortem. The Bolero jeep driver sped away with his vehicle, the sources added.
