Now, an award for ideas against corruption

BANGALORE: The not-for-profit social orgsanisation Janaagraha announced the Satyameva Jayate award for the best idea to ‘fight corruption and change the system’ on Thursday.Instituted to commemorate the completion of one year of project on anti-corruption — Ipaidabribe.com — citizens are invited to submit their ideas on how to make a process or system corruption-free. These ideas would be made public on their online portal and open for public voting to choose the best idea. A jury will look into the top ten ideas selected by the people and select one idea for the award.On Anna HazareThe programme organisers said that they supported any fight against corruption but said that the draft bill is now in the parliament and it is now up to the elected representatives to decide.Fasts unto death to pressurise them would take on the hue of blackmail.
