Los Angeles: Pop diva Lady Gaga has added another feather to her hat after landing ninth in Vanity Fair's annual New Establishment List.

The 'Born This Way' hitmaker not only has made it to the Top 50 of the most innovative visionaries' list released by the magazine, she is the highest ranked woman as well.

Gaga has scored her second consecutive appearance just inside the top 10 and is the highest-placed female ahead of 'Harry Potter' author JK Rowling at 16 - and the 25-year-old singer is also the youngest person to make the cut.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg tops the list for the second year in a row, while the co-founders of Google, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, are placed second in the countdown, which recognises people who are "an innovative new breed of buccaneering visionaries, engineering prodigies, and entrepreneurs".

Actor Johnny Depp and filmmaker Tim Burton share the 14th position on the list.

Other celebrities featured include director Judd Apatow (20), rap superstar Jay Z (21), 'Hangover' director Todd Philips (22) actor/producer Mark Wahlberg (29), Ashton Kutcher (43) and Justin Timberlake (50).
