KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Shihab and Rafeeque, the eighteenth and nineteenth accused in the Kothamangalam sex scandal, in which a minor girl was sexually harassed by many persons.The bail was granted on execution of a bond of Rs 25,000 and two solvent sureties of the like amount.The court has further directed them not to enter Kothamangalam for two months.
