HYDERABAD: The PIL bench of the High Court will pass its order on the petitions against YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday.  The bench of chief justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru and justice Vilas V Afzulpurkar, which is hearing the case, will declare whether a prima facie existed for ordering a full-scale probe into the alleged amassing of wealth by Reddy and investments by others in his firms. The court heard the arguments for four days last  week on the writ petitions filed by minister P Shankar Rao and two others who sought a CBI probe into the alleged disproportionate wealth of Jagan and posted the case for hearing on August 10.The three petitioners  alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy amassed wealth  when his father and former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy was  chief minister during 2004-09 and several companies invested in his businesses in reciprocation to land allotments, mining leases and other such favours from the then government. On August 4 the bench opened a sealed package containing a report prepared by the CBI after conducting a preliminary inquiry into the assets of the Kadapa MP.
