Deogarh cops crack down on bootleggers

DEOGARH: District Police led by SP Satyajit Naik cracked down on bootleggers and seized 1,000 IMFL bottles, on Thursday. The police also arrested one Prabhakar Pradhan from Budhapal area under Kundheigola police limits. In the drive launched against bootlegging, during the last five days, 19 persons have been arrested and 1,644 IMFL bottles and 65 litres of country liquor seized, said Naik.He said the drive would continue and efforts be made to curb illegal sale of liquor in the district.
