It was on Tuesday that CPM district secretary C K Rajendran,0 along with MLAs M Chandran, M Hamza, K V Vijayadas, K S Saleekha and V Chenthamarakshan had visited the place.The CPI has also planned a visit to Nelliampathy on the same day.The CPI delegation consists of CPI national council member Sathyan Mokeri,state executive council member V Chamunni, state council members Vijayan Kunissery and Jose Baby and district secretary of the CPI K P Suresh Raj.In the last LDF Government, the forest portfolio was handled by the CPI.
