Noida: Just a week after the mysterious death of a woman in south Delhi's Defence Colony, another case from the NCR, with eerie similarities, has come to light.
Nupur Sethi, 32, was found hanging from a ceiling fan on March 26 at her residence in sector 14 in Noida. Though her parents-in-law claim she committed suicide, the woman's parents alleged foul play in the death of their daughter.
The parents also alleged that she was being harassed.
Noida police has lodged an FIR and the woman's husband has been arrested. Nupur’s parents have also accused the Noida police of compromising the investigation.
To make the case murkier, the victim's 9-year-old daughter has gone missing along with her in- laws. On Friday, Nupur's family, friends and neighbours organised a candle light vigil in sector 14.
