Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the admit cards for the Jharkhand Matric Level Combined Competitive Exam (JMLCCE) 2023. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their JMLCCE Admit Cards 2024 from the official website – jssc.nic.in. The JSSC Matric Level exam is scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 29. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned here to download the JSSC Matric level admit card 2024 from the official website.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission- jssc.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the “Admit Card” link under the “Important Link” section

Step 3: Now, click on the ‘Details’ link across the “Download Admit Card for JMLCCE-2023” tab

Step 4: Now enter your registration number and password

Step 5: Click on “Submit” and your JSSC Matric Level Admit Card 2023 will appear on the examination

Step 6: Download the admit card and take a printout for exam day

JSSC Matric Level Combined Competitive Exam is being conducted to fill 455 vacancies with matric level eligibility criteria in the department. JSSC Matric Level Exam 2024: Examination Pattern

The Commission will conduct an OMR-based examination. If the exam is held in different groups, the candidates’ scores will be normalized to prepare a merit list based on these normalized marks. After the results are published, candidates will receive their normalized scores.

The examination will take place in one stage (main examination). All questions will be objective and multiple-choice. Each question carries 3 marks. Every correct answer will be awarded 3 marks and a deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. Questions for all subjects, except language subjects, will be available in both Hindi and English.

There will be three papers for the main examination. This examination will be conducted in three shifts. The duration of examination for each paper will be 2 hours. It will have the following subjects:-

Paper – 1 (Language Knowledge): Total questions – 120, Exam duration – 2 hours

(a) Hindi Language Knowledge – 80 questions

(b) English Language Knowledge – 40 questions

The marks obtained in the Language Knowledge section will be qualifying only. To pass, candidates must achieve at least 30% by combining their scores in both Hindi and English Language Knowledge. These marks will not be included in the merit calculation.

Paper 2 – (Regional / Tribal Language Knowledge)

Candidates will be able to appear in the examination of any one language out of Hindi / English / Sanskrit / Urdu / Santhali / Bengali / Mundari (Munda) / Ho / Kharia / Kudukh (Uraon) / Kurmali / Khortha / Nagpuri / Panchpargania / Oriya on the basis of option. In this paper, 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked in the respective language. Candidates must note that it is compulsory to obtain a minimum of 30% marks in Paper 2.

Paper- 3 General Knowledge, Total Questions- 120, Exam Duration- 2 Hours

(a) General Studies- 40 questions

(b) Knowledge related to Jharkhand State- 50 questions

(c) General Mathematics- 10 questions

(d) General Science- 20 questions

Important note for candidates: The minimum qualifying mark for the Paper-1 (Language Knowledge) Examination is 30%. Candidates who score below this threshold will be deemed ineligible for selection, and their Paper-2 and Paper-3 will not be evaluated. Additionally, candidates who score less than 30% in Paper-2 (identified regional/tribal language) will not have their Paper-3 evaluated either.
