At the age of 19, Sneha made her way into the industry in 2000. She marked her debut in the Malayalam industry with the movie Ingane Oru Nilapakshi. She played the role of an aspiring dancer. The project was not released for a long time. Her Tamil movie Ennavale is hence considered to be her first debut movie, as it was released first.

Ever since 2000, she has done 71 movies in a career of 23 years. Apart from ruling the silver screen with her acting chops, she also managed to become a household name and gained further fame and fanfare after starring in many reality TV shows.
