The 'Common Yoga Protocol' can be accessed through mobile phone, tablet, laptop etc. easily anywhere, the Indian envoy said. IOS and Windows version will be released soon of the app, that is free to download and will be a handy tool for all Yoga practitioners.
The launch came following the overwhelming success of the International Day of Yoga (IDY) that witnessed the participation of thousands of people, including Thais, foreigners and Indians.
Yoga, the 5,000-year-old Indian physical, mental and spiritual practice that aims to transform body and mind, remains very popular among Thais here and the lessons at the Indian Cultural Centre have a high number of attendance by Thais, foreigners and Indians.
