Encountering a massive bear in the wild is a rare experience, but Serbian influencer Stefan Jankovic recently had this extraordinary moment, leaving him on the ‘edge of life.’ In a video he shared, Jankovic captures his unexpected meeting with a bear after climbing into its den. Fortunately, the bear stayed calm, allowing Jankovic to make a safe escape.
In a video posted on Stefan Jankovic’s Instagram, he deliberately crawls into a mud cave and sits down. Soon after, a bear arrives, sniffing the air to detect an intruder in its den. As the bear continues to investigate and even tries to enter the cave, Jankovic nervously remains inside before eventually choosing to exit. As soon as he left the pit, the curious bear came in extremely close proximity, continuously trying to get a whiff of the uninvited guest. After a little exploration, the bear allows him to escape without any trouble.

Social media users instantly flooded the comment section with various comments, some even joking about the deadly experience. One joked, “Explanation for those wondering: The bear realized the guy had a camera and knew that the footage could be used in court as proof of aggravated assault. It was the best choice in his situation,” while another added, “He did not survive; the bear posted the video.”
A user wrote, “If it’s brown, lay down. The fact you stayed that calm is probably what saved you.” Another comment read, “They playing with death cause a grizzly is the one bear besides a polar bear that you don’t wanna mess with. They’ll both take you outta here quick.”

Notably, this is not it. The influencer tried another stunt by climbing a tree with bears standing right below him. In a video, he could be seen up on the branch while a bear claws on the base and another one looks straight at him. “You won’t believe what happened to me. I spend 24 hours in the forest, and a bear attacks me. It’s waiting for me, and there’s another one,” he said in the video, as quoted by Ladbible.
