Many youngsters have just kicked off their careers in the corporate world but have already started feeling stuck in the nine-to-five routine. After a long week of hustle, some of these individuals have thought of shifting their focus to business at least once. This sort of mentality is understandable at this time when reality shows like Shark Tank are inspiring the youth to begin their start-ups. It, however, requires immense courage and guts to leave a settled job and pursue independent business ventures.
Shedding light on the topic, stand-up comedian Gaurav Kapoor has recently dropped a video on Instagram, highlighting the scenario when people feel trapped in a monotonous routine but are also struggling to get out of a secure life.

Kapoor portrayed the character of a confused youngster, who looks desperate to pursue his dream of starting a business. He wants to accumulate the funds for the start-up by continuing the job for one or two years.
The twist came when in the next frame, the same individual was seen expressing the same wish in the tenth year of his job. In a sarcastic take, Kapoor was seen discussing how he could profit from a roadside food stall that could be turned into a restaurant later.
After spending 10 more years in the corporate world, the person wanted to earn from trading and had a plan to utilise the money in his business. The confusion persisted till the 30th year of his job as family responsibilities didn’t let him take that bold step. The humorous video ends with the man re-assessing his business ideas while sitting in heaven.
Since being shared on Instagram, the video, titled “Business Karunga”, has garnered more than 2.5 million views, while over 76,000 users have liked it. While the viewers were left in splits, some of them could relate to the confusion between job and business.
One user sarcastically said that the reel is perhaps “sponsored by Narayana Murthy”, a billionaire businessman as well as a co-founder of Infosys. Another viewer feels the video highlights the journey of becoming a “corpse from corpus”. Praising Gaurav Kapoor, a fan commented, “You are one of the few comedians who never fail to make me laugh.”
