Sun TV’s tele serial Nadhaswaram has a huge fan following. The popular TV series was directed by Thirumurugan, who also played a central character in the shop. The serial was mostly shot in Karaikudi and had many debutant actors. On March 7, 2014, the serial entered the Guinness World Records officials for a live telecast of its 1000th episode. Recently, the actresses – who played the three sisters in the serial – reunited, leaving the Tamil audiences excited.

The serial featured Revathy Damodharan as Maheshwari Selvarangam, Sruthi Shanmuga Priya as Ragini Guhan, and Sangavi as Geetha Chokkalingam. The characters played by these actresses in the serial garnered immense applause and love from fans. The talented actresses recently united to celebrate 13 years of friendship. One picture of them, posing together while flashing a bright smile for the camera, is making rounds on the Internet. In the picture, the on-screen sisters can be seen dressed up in traditional clothes and posing for the camera. The endearing pictures displaying the actresses are a testament to their strong bond, friendship, and love for each other. It garnered a lot of love from fans as they started dropping heart emojis on the picture.

Nadhaswaram is a Tamil daily soap that aired on Sun TV from April 19, 2010, to May 9, 2015, from Monday through Saturday with a total of 1356 episodes. Actresses TSBK Mouli, Thirumurugan, Poovilangu Mohan, and Srithika also played a pivotal role in the show.

The show was directed and produced by Thirumurugan and started to be re-telecast on Kalaignar TV on 5 September 2022 once again. Notably, Thirumurugan was trying to pull this off for a Guinness World Record for which he filmed the last episode in a single shot that ran for about 23 minutes and 25 seconds. He said that it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the 96-member crew.
