Shiva Rajkumar

Shiva Rajkumar essayed the role of Narasimha in Rajinikanth-starrer Jailer. Even though his screen time was less, it did have an impact on the film’s story. The crime comedy was directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The story revolves around a man named Muthuvel Pandian (Rajinikanth), who is looking for his missing son with the help of Mathew (Mohanlal) and Narasimha.

Daali Dhananjay

Daali Dhananjay is known for his work in Salaga, Badava Rascal, Monsoon Raga, Gurudev Hoysala and Head Bush. The actor had previously worked in Telugu film, Pushpa: The Rise. This year, he reprised his role as Jolly Reddy in the film’s sequel and has been shooting for the same. The film is scheduled to release next year. Daali Dhananjay had recently completed the shooting of another Telugu film Zebra, which is directed by Satyadev.

Duniya Vijay

Duniya Vijay opened the year with the Telugu pan-India film Veera Simha Reddy, which is headlined by Nandamuri Balakrishna. The film was also his debut in the Telugu cinema. The actor essayed the role of Musali Madugu Pratap Reddy. The film turned out to be one of the highest-grossing films of the year in the Telugu cinema.

Rashmika Mandanna

Rashmika has earned herself a huge fanbase after her performance in Pushpa: The Rise opposite Allu Arjun. The film also turned out to be a game-changer for her career trajectory. The actress was seen sharing screen space with Thalapathy Vijay in Varisu this year. After the blockbuster Tamil film, she is currently garnering praise for her acting stint in her recently-released Bollywood film Animal opposite Ranbir Kapoor.

Pramod Panju

Prashanth Neel’s magnum opus Salaar Part One: Ceasefire, starring Prabhas, is all set to hit the cinemas on December 22. The Kannada actor will be seen in the key role in the film and will be seen sharing major screen time with Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film also features Shruti Haasan as the leading lady.
