Patna: Buoyed by the response to his rally in Muzaffarpur last week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address three more rallies in poll-bound Bihar next month, beginning with one at Gaya on August 9.
The Prime Minister will address an election rally at Gaya on August 9 followed by one in Saharsa on August 19, Bihar BJP President Mangal Pandey said.
Modi is also tentatively scheduled to address an election rally at Bhagalpur on August 30, he said.
With regard to Modi's scheduled rally at Gaya, Pandey said that he held a meeting with the BJP MPs, MLAs/MLCs and ex-legislators of Magadh and Shahabad region to prepare for the rally which, he claimed, would be the biggest so far held at the venue.
The prime minister had last week addressed a public meeting at Chakkar Maidan in Muzaffarpur to kick off the NDA's campaign for the Bihar Assembly polls due later this year.
