'Even Cops Don't...': Snake Smuggler Caught In Elvish Yadav Case Calls Himself 'Best In Business'
Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case: The police said they are collecting evidence and will investigate the Yadav's role in the case, following which legal action would be taken accordingly

Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Winner Elvish Yadav was booked by the Noida police for alleged use of snake venom at Delhi’s rave parties. While the 26-year-old has denied all the allegations, he was taken in for questioning on Saturday by Rajasthan police in the matter.

So far, the police have arrested five people after an NGO – People for Animals (PFA), pretended to be customers and contacted the accused to organise cobras, and pythons for a party.

As per NDTV, an audio of a conversation between the accused Rahul, and a PFA member, Gaurav Gupta, was assessed by the police. During the phone call, Rahul allegedly says he brings snakes from other states because of tight security in Delhi.

PFA member Gaurav Gupta gave the phone call recordings to the police, the publication reported quoting sources.

Claiming that “he is the best in business”, Rahul tells Gupta that he will arrange python snakes for his party. The accused claimed that he had been doing this for 15 years.

“I am the best in the business.  You can search for me on YouTube,” the accused claimed.

“There’ll be a trainer who will be at the party so that children can click pictures,” the accused said, adding that we’ve removed the venom from all the snakes,” NDTV quoted Rahul as saying.

When the NGO representative asked Rahul how he arranged snakes for Elvish Yadav’s parties, the accused said, “There are foreigners at his party and the event is usually big. Elvish Yadav has many contacts and even the police don’t come whenever we organise parties in Delhi’s Chhattarpur.”

“Elvish Yadav’s parties last for just 30 minutes and we are the first ones to leave because he doesn’t want to take any risk due to fear of public shame if he gets caught,” the accused claimed.

Elvish Yadav’s Interrogated By Rajasthan Police

Yadav was stopped by police for interrogation in Rajasthan’s Kota while he was travelling with his friends in a car on Saturday evening, a police officer said. However, he was later allowed to go.

The Noida Police booked Elvish Yadav and arrested five people over the alleged use of snake venom at rave parties earlier this week.

The SHO said that the Noida Police officers confirmed that the case was under investigation and he was not wanted. “They said that he is not wanted and the matter is under investigation…so he was allowed to go,” he said.

Snake Venom Case Against Elvish Yadav

Noida Police officials had said on Friday that nine snakes, including cobras, were rescued from the possession of the arrested accused who came to a banquet hall in Sector 51 on Thursday for a party, which was a trap laid by animal rights group People for Animals (PFA).

The officer said police are collecting evidence and will investigate the YouTuber’s role in the case, following which legal action would be taken accordingly.

Based on a complaint from Gaurav Gupta of the PFA, the Noida Police lodged the FIR under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and the IPC against Yadav and five others for allegedly partying at the banquet hall where snake venom was made available.
