Hyderabad: The judicial custody of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his auditor Vijay Sai Reddy ends on Monday. Both of them will be produced in court through video conference.

Jaganmohan Reddy has been lodged in the Chanchalguda Central Prison since May 2012 in connection with an illegal assets case. Jagan, his auditor Vijay Sai and Jagati Publications (owned by the YSR Congress leader) are the accused, charged under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code in the second chargesheet.

The CBI which is probing the quid pro quo investment case against YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy on June 17 had filed one more supplementary chargesheet. It is a supplementary chargesheet to the first chargesheet filed by the CBI in April 2012.

The CBI has alleged that Jagan, along with his father, the former Andhra Pradesh chief minister, the late YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Vijay Sai Reddy, hatched a conspiracy to defraud the government along with other accused.
