Since exiting the Salman Khan-hosted show, the comedian has been seen attending various high-profile events. Notably, he was recently captured at the star-studded screening of Laapataa Ladies, directed by Kiran Rao, former wife of Aamir Khan. This occasion proved to be more than just a film premiere for the BB17 winner, as Munawar had the chance to mingle with Bollywood icons such as Aamir Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. One heartwarming moment that has grabbed headlines is when Munawar received an affectionate hug from the renowned actor Aamir Khan, stealing the spotlight. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the comedian collaborated with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, star of Gangs of Wasseypur, for a reel on his latest music video featuring Hina Khan, Halki Halki Si.

In the amusing reel, the comedian delights viewers with shayari from his latest song. Later, as Nawazuddin joins him, the actor appreciates Munawar for his talent with a playful remark, “Wow yaar kya shayari hai Munawar, chalo chai peete hain. Kuch bacha hua hai ya saara hi lut gaye. (Wow, what poetry Munawar. Let’s have tea. Is there anything left or did you finish everything?)” Munawar responds with, “Nahi sir, thoda bohot bacha hai. (No sir, there’s a little bit left).” The video concludes with Nawazuddin joking, “Ha chalo chai ajayegi na phir.” Sharing the video, Munwar wrote, “Chalo chai peete hain. (Let’s have tea).”

A viral picture circulating on the internet captures Munawar Faruqui sharing a hug with Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan. For the special night, Munawar was seen wearing a stylish ensemble, which included a white t-shirt, a red Nike cap and jeans. Meanwhile, the Dangal actor showcased his timeless charm in an all-black attire for the screening of Laapataa Ladies.
