Raveena Tandon is known for her acting skills and was one of the top actresses of the 90s. She has made a niche for herself in the industry. Still today she enjoys a huge fan following. Well, recently in a conversation with Lehren Retro, Raveena recalled an incident from her shooting days and expressed that she was feeling uncomfortable after that. To note, Raveena included no kissing policy in her films following the incident.
Talking to the Lehren Retro, Raveena said that she could not bear it and pucked too. “I remember I was doing a little rough handling scene with a male actor and I remember by mistake his lips just brushed my lips. It was by mistake, it was not even required. Like in that whole frenzy, it was a mistake. I went to my room and threw up because I was so not comfortable. The shot got over and I went up and I had nausea. I could not bear it. I was like ‘yuck no. Please brush your teeth, wash your mouth a hundred times”, she was quoted saying.
In the same interview, the actress also talked about her daughter Rasha who is all set to make her acting debut. Raveena replied, when asked if Rasha would also follow the no kissing policy, it is her wish. To note, Rasha will be seen opposite Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgn in Abhishek Kapoor’s romantic drama. Many details has not been shared about the film.
Meanwhile, in the same interview, Raveena said that while she has her share of history on the relationships front, she and her husband, producer Anil Thadani have not discussed their pasts with each other. “He prefers not to discuss things that are probably very personal to him and his past and I didn’t want to poke, and neither do I (prefer to discuss),” she said. When Raveena met Anil, he had been through a divorce. Speaking about their first meeting, Raveena recalled, “We met and we started talking on August 4, 2003, and by February 2004, we were married.”
On the work front, Raveena was last seen playing Ramika Sen, Prime Minister of India, in KGF Chapter 2.
