Looks like Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have finally confirmed their dating reports. Recently, Rashmika took to her Instagram stories and revealed that she is in Abu Dhabi where she will be celebrating her birthday on April 5. She dropped a picture of a peacock and treated her fans with a glimpse of the place she was staying at.
Soon after, Vijay Deverakonda also dropped a video on his Instagram stories in which he was seen talking about his upcoming movie, Family Star. However, what caught everyone’s attention was something else. A peacock was seen in the background of Vijay’s video, leaving everyone wondering if the Liger actor and his rumoured girlfriend are vacationing together.
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s dating rumours have been making headlines for a long time now. Earlier this year, the rumoured couple’s trip to the Maldives fuelled speculation about a possible marriage announcement. It was also said that Vijay and Rashmika would get exchanged soon. However, the Liger actor later clarified that he was neither getting engaged nor getting married. “I’m not getting engaged or married in February. It feels like the press just wants to get me married every two years. I hear this rumour every year. They’re just walking around waiting to catch me and get me married,” he told Lifestyle Asia.
Recently, Vijay was promoting Family Star when he was asked about his “romantic relationships”. The actor decided not to address dating rumours with Rashmika and rather said that he is in a relationship with his parents and brother. “Yes, with my parents, with my brother, with you, and we all are in a relationship,” he said.
Vijay and Rashmika have worked together in two films – Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). While they are rumoured to be in a relationship, they have never accepted or denied their relationship in public.
