Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa marks Suchitra Krishnamoorthi debut. While Aryan Khan is gearing up for his directorial debut with a series titled Stardom

Suchitra Krishnamoorthi is known for her performance in the romantic film Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa. The film also starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. Well, recently in an interview the actress revealed whom she wants to see in the lead role if the film is remade. Suchitra said she wants her daughter Kaveri Kapur and Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the film.

Hindustan Times quoted a Zoom entertainment interview in which Suchitra Krishnamoorthi said, “Kaveri, of course, my daughter. Goes without saying.” Well, in another interview with Zoom, when Suchitra was asked who she’d like to play Sunil and Anna if the film is remade now, she had said Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, but quickly added they’re too old to play the young lovers now. She then said she’d have picked Aryan had he been into acting.

Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa was released in 1994 and was directed by Kundan Shah. The film marks the debut of Suchitra Krishnamoorthi and also starred Deepak Tijori in the lead role. Apart from them, it also featured Naseeruddin Shah, Rita Bhaduri, Satish Shah, Anjan Srivastava, and Ashutosh Gowarikar among others.

On the work front, Aryan Khan, is gearing up for his directorial debut with a series titled Stardom. Recently, he was spotted filming on location in the streets of Mumbai. According to reports, Stardom recently kicked off production, with paparazzi sharing videos of Aryan on set. Aryan did notice the paparazzi camera but refrained from posing or reacting. One clip captures Aryan directing a scene. However, to prevent any potential leaks of show details online, the production team used two large umbrellas to shield the sets. Aryan’s shoot was conducted under tight security measures. Stardom reportedly unfolds in the realm of cinema and is rumoured to include appearances by several real-life celebrities.

Stardom will be a six-episode web show where each episode will witness a cameo by a Bollywood A-lister who will play themselves. It was revealed that on its first day of shoot, Shah Rukh visited the set of the show. Our source told News18 Showsha, “A major portion of Stardom was filmed in Dharma Productions which was frequented by Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan during the course of the shoot.”
