Salman Khan issued a statement clarifying that he is not headed to the US anytime soon. It was claimed that Salman was travelling to the US for a tour and will be performing for fans there. However, Salman has said that these are false claims and warned fans to not fall prey. He also said that legal action will be taken against those who are engaging in the fraudulant activities under the garb of Salman’s name.
“This is to inform that neither Mr. Salman Khan nor any of his affiliated companies or teams are organising any upcoming concerts or appearances in the USA in 2024. Any claims suggesting that Mr. Khan will be performing are completely false. Please do not trust any emails, messages, or advertisements promoting such events. Legal action will be taken against anyone found falsely using Mr. Salman Khan’s name for fraudulent purposes,” Salman’s statement read.
Salman is currently busy with the filming of Sikander. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the actor has begun filming for the project. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal in pivotal roles.
According to a report from Midday, Salman Khan shot for a vibrant song alongside Rashmika Mandanna for Sikandar. The song, set against the backdrop of the slums of Dharavi, was filmed at Goregaon’s SRPF Ground on a specially constructed set.
“The song features 200 background dancers and portrays the slum dwellers in a festive mood. Rashmika joined the crew on Thursday. Salman sports a unique look in the song, wearing a customized silver chain, earrings, a black vest, and a full-sleeved shirt paired with denim. Rashmika embraces a traditional look with a salwar kameez. Murugadoss has nearly completed the song’s shoot, and the team will shift focus to action sequences over the weekend,” a source shared with the publication.
The report added that if the current schedule progresses as planned, the Mumbai shoot will extend until October. Afterward, the team will travel to Europe by the end of the year to shoot two romantic songs. It was previously reported that due to a rib injury, Salman initially filmed lighter action scenes.
Salman will also be seen hosting the new season of Bigg Boss.
