Mr & Mrs Mahi’s first review is finally out. Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr & Mrs Mahi stars Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor in the titular roles. The premiere of the film took place in Mumbai on Monday night and it has received positive reactions. Stars such as Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia took to their Instagram Stories to share their review.
“What a lovely feel good film that reminds you that what is really important in life is happiness,” said Soha in her review. Kunal added, “Khushi dil mae hoti hai, wo bahar nahi milti. Simple, sweet and effective… all the best to the entire team for time one.”

The trailer of Mr & Mrs Mahi released a few weeks ago. The trailer portrays the actors as a married couple deeply passionate about cricket. Janhvi Kapoor’s character is depicted as a doctor who finds joy in both watching and playing cricket, while Rajkummar Rao’s character is portrayed as an aspiring cricketer striving to establish himself in the sport.
Apart from Janhvi and Rajkummar, the film also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Rajesh Sharma, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab and Purnendu Bhattacharya also have key roles. The film is backed by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta. Mr & Mrs Mahi will be released on May 31.
