Diya Aur Baati Hum Actress Pooja Singh Ties The Knot With Actor Karan Sharma

Diya Aur Baati Hum fame actress Pooja Singh tied the nuptial knot with Sasural Simar Ka 2 fame actor Karan Sharma on March 30. Pooja had shared the glimpses from the wedding on Instagram. The glimpses include pictures of her and Karan dressed in the traditional wedding attire. The Diya Aur Baati Hum actress looks gorgeous in the bridal wear comprising a saree with flower imprints which are complimented with heavy necklaces and maangtikka.

On the other hand, Karan also looked handsome in the attire as he and Pooja smiled for the cameras. Another picture in the photo album shows Pooja being accompanied by her friends in the wedding hall. She attached the song Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran to the photos and wrote the caption, “Introducing Mr & Mrs Sharma.”

Pooja and Karan’s colleagues from the television industry, including the actresses Smriti Khanna, Donal Bisht, and others congratulated her on this occasion.

The Diya Aur Baati Hum actress also shared a few joyous moments from her haldi and sangeet ceremony on Instagram. News channel Good News Today captured the video of their celebrations which shows Pooja and Karan enjoying the most beautiful phase of their life.

Sharing a few details about their wedding in an earlier interview with the Telly Chakkar, Pooja stated, “I remember meeting him towards the end of December last week. I was waiting for him when he came there with his sister and we chatted and our vibes just clicked. Soon after, he had to fly to Chandigarh for Udaariyaan and our parents met. After he returned, he was like ‘Let’s get married.”

According to Pooja, she realised that sometimes you don’t need a very long time with someone to know them or fall for them. She added that at times, the fate of a relationship can be decided in a few meetings. This will be Karan’s second marriage as his first marriage was to singer Tia Kar, which lasted from 2016 to 2019. It is a second marriage for Pooja as well as she was earlier married to her boyfriend Kapil Chattani.
