Samantha detailed the recipe for the green smoothie, starting with washing cabbage and spinach thoroughly and soaking them for a few minutes. Subsequently, fresh water is added to a bowl along with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and broken almonds, soaking them for about 10 minutes. The soaked vegetables and seeds are mixed with fresh water and bananas before being blended in a mixer, resulting in a delicious and nutritious smoothie. Samantha incorporates this smoothie into her daily routine, typically after her morning workouts.
