New Delhi: Accusing Team Anna of making the anti-graft campaigner a scapegoat and using him for "fulfilling their vested interests", Anna Hazare's detractors on Wednesday asked his team members to observe fast in his place.
"Even though Anna's doctor has advised him not to go for fast still his team members are not concerned about his health. We will hold a three-day protest at Jantar Mantar and we all will fast together against team Anna members who have vested interests," said Sambhu Dutt, a 94-year-freedom fighter.
Dutt and Hazare's former blogger Raju Parulekar alleged that the team members were misusing Anna's spirit, patience, name and his anti-corruption movement.
Parulekar said that Anna does not speak to his mind.
"Now he makes comment, and next day he makes correction and it has happened many times."
