BANGALORE: While schools are gearing up to implement Right to Education (RTE) Act, nearly 54 per cent of teachers said that they face difficulties in classroom management, according to a statewide survey.This statistic comes from Teacher Needs Analysis (TNA), a feedback initiative of Karnataka Knowledge Commission (KKC), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Azim Premji Foundation. Teachers who participated in the survey said their main problem was managing the educational background of students and maintaining leadership. The teachers, also said classroom management is the maintenance of special needs. The survey covered 24,368 primary and high school teachers across the state.
