KOCHI: Public Works Minister V K Ibrahim Kunju inaugurated the Summer Expo 2012, jointly organised by the District administration and District Tourism Promotion Council, at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium on Thursday. Benny Behnan MLA presided over the function. Kochi corporation Development Standing Committee chairman T J Vinod and Tax Appeal Standing Committee chairperson Ratnamma Raj also spoke. The Summer Expo is being organised as part of an attempt to support industrial initiatives and promote the tourism potential of such projects. The expo will be open till April 22.
