Ghanta Srinivasa RaoHe entered public life with his election to the Lok Sabha on TDP ticket in 1999 general elections.In 2004, he contested from Chodavaram Assembly segment on TDP ticket and was elected.In 2009, he joined the PRP and won the election from Anakapalle Assembly seat.Srinivasa Rao, who belongs to Kapu community hails from Kamepalli in Prakasam district.He was a civil contractor since 1989 and started stevedoring, C&F and shipping agency at Visakhapatnam Port.C RamachandraiahA native of Kadapa district, he was elected from Kadapa Assembly constituency in 1985.He served as MLA till 1989.He was minister for planning and programme implementation in NT Rama Rao’s cabinet between 1986- 88.He contested Lok Sabha elections in 1989 but lost.He was elected for Rajya Sabha twice— 1998 and 2004.In 2008, before his RS term expired, he resigned to the TDP and the post.Later, he joined the PRP of K Chiranjeevi.In 2011, he was elected to the Legislative Council
