Computer technology as we know moves at a lightening speed when it comes to innovations. Every minute there is a new discovery, be it in the software used or the device itself. Inventors are always in search of making the computer experience more and more easier and tempting. There was a time when we had to depend extensively on computer keyboards and its short keys for navigation. But then a small handy device called mouse came along making life so much simpler. With time, the mouse has undergone quite a few changes. From normal wired mouses to wireless to optical mouses, it’s all been happening. And latest addition is the ultra stylish and ultra sophisticated mouse called Razer Ouroboros.
The latest gaming mouse from Razer with fully-customizable ergonomics suits a range of hand sizes and grips irrespective of whether one is left or right-handed. The chic looking symmetrical styled mouse is for gamers who often get frustrated with their ‘not moving to the wishes mouse’. The arched palm rest and the back of the Ouroboros mouse can be adjusted according to the users. The palm rest can move up to 0.9-inches. The two interchangeable side panels ensures that the user is using the preferred grip-style at all times. Thus gamers do not need to strain with their hands anymore.
The mouse packs 8200dpi 4G Dual Sensor System which combines a laser and an optical sensor. Hence the tracking is precise and surface detection is ten times faster than previous generation sensors. Ouroboros enables the gamer to go from high-sensitivity assault to low-sense sniper then back to assault. The gaming mouse runs on a rechargeable AA battery and the company claims a minimum of 12 hours of play on one charge.
Many a times if a gamer wants to play a game sitting on his favourite couch, it was not possible because of the limited wire length of the mouse.
But thankfully Ouroboros can also be transferred to a wireless mouse with an ultra-low 1ms latency wireless play that is as responsive and as precise as it is when it is corded.
The approximate size of the mouse is 122 mm to 137 mm in length, 71 mm in width and 42 mm in height. It weighs 135 g with battery and requires only 100 MB of free hard disk space.
