Kochi: Two days after two Indian fishermen were shot dead by security officials of Italian cargo vessel Enrica Lexie after being mistaken for pirates near Kochi port, there has been no headway in the proceedings. Sources told CNN-IBN that the Prime Minister will now be consulted as this was a diplomatic matter. Sources also said that the crew of is not cooperating with the investigations.
