Honoured for honesty

PUDUCHERRY: Senior Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) B Srikanth on Saturday honoured 55-year-old Panchali for her honesty. Panchali returned a purse contaning six sovereigns of gold and a cell phone to the police. The purse belonged to Purani, who had lost it at the bus station a few days ago.The purse and other items were returned to Purani (55) by the SSP in the presence of Superintendent of police (North) S Ramaraj.
