HC notice to Sirajin Basha

BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday issued notice to Sirajin Basha, who had filed a complaint against former CM B S Yeddyurappa following a petition by Chickpet MLA D Hemachandra Sagar. The petitioner approached the court seeking to quash the proceedings against him with respect to alleged denotification of a land in Uttarahalli in his favour.The petitioner sought to stay the proceedings which was refused.
