BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has asked the State Government to pay a compensation of Rs 65,000 to the kin of the 15-year-old boy who died in a cracker mishap near Kujang last week.The rights panel directed the Government to sanction the compensation within four weeks. During a rally in Kujang, the fire crackers loaded in a vehicle went off accidentally.The 15-year-old boy, Pitua Panda, of Kothiasahi village under Kujang police limits had sustained 75 percent burns in the blast and was admitted to SCB Medical, Cuttack.
