CM to campaign in Pudukottai on June 7

PUDUKOTTAI: For the final leg of their election campaign, AIADMK cadre are busy making arrangements for the party supremo Jayalalithaa’s visit, who is expected to come here on June 7. The election is scheduled for June 12.A top AIADMK functionary told Express that the CM  during her visit would go to the house of former CPI MLA Muthukumaran, who died in a car accident recently.A total of 52 members, including 32 ministers and MPs, MLAs and state level functionaries, are already campaigning in various parts of the constituency. Besides, many associations in the city, including the auto drivers association, have extended their support to the AIADMK and many parties including the MMK, All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi, which are AIADMK allies, have also extended support to the ruling party of Tamil Nadu.
